Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with more than twenty four hours' notice: No charge.
- Cancellations with less than twenty four hours' notice: Fifty percent of the treatment fee.
- No-shows without notice: Full treatment fee.
We reserve the right to waive fees in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
